Accounts Management

Chart of Account
Chart of account is a list of financial accounts set up, usually by an accountant for an organization.
Cash Payment
A cash payment is bills or coins paid by the recipient of goods or services to the provider.
Bank Payment and Receipt
By bank payment and receipt section we can add transaction type, bank name, accountant, particulars, cheque no and total amount.
General Ledger
General ledger is a bookkeeping ledger in which accounting data is posted from journals and aggregated from sub ledgers, such as account payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, purchasing and projects.
Group Summary
Group summary statement shows the closing balance of the accounts of a selected group for a specified period up to the current date.This includes acode, party name, opening balance, debit, credit and current balance.
